Cheap Prices and Free Delivery on Printers and Consumables

Prices and Ordering

Unless otherwise stated all prices are exclusive of value added tax, delivery, insurance and installation.The price payable by the Customer will be the price current at the time of the order.
Reservation of Products does not constitute an order and is not binding on either party.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Errors and omissions are excepted. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

Payment
Payment is due in advance either by bank transfer, cheque (cleared funds) , through our credit card payment system or paypal. For recognised business and education establishments a credit facility may be offered. All credit accounts must be settled by the 5th of the month following month of supply.
I-Tech Trading may charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per month calculated on a daily basis until actual payment.

Delivery
Any delivery date stated is only a warranty I-Tech Trading to use reasonable endeavours to effect delivery by that date. I-Tech Trading will accept no liability for failure to meet a stated delivery date.
Products supplied by I-Tech Trading are delivered at the risk of I-Tech Trading. Customers must make a claim for damage or loss of the goods in writing: -
if a Product is damaged, within 72 hours of delivery; and if a Product has been lost or is short, within 48 hours of delivery.
No claim for loss or damage will be allowed if the Customer claims outside the above time limit.
If payment is made by credit or debit card, delivery will be made to the statement address of the cardholder.

6. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer (a private person buying for their personal use) then you may cancel your purchase at any time within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a refund of the Price Paid. You must inform I-Tech Trading in writing and return the Products to us immediately in the same condition you received them, with all packaging intact, at your own cost and risk.
If a customer wishes to return Products not covered by the above clause then such Products will be accepted at the discretion of I-Tech Trading. The customer must obtain a RMA number from I-Tech Trading and quote this when returning the goods. The customer will be credited with the current market price.

7. Guarantee
If within 12 months a defect in any Product is discovered which is directly due to faulty goods or workmanship, then I-Tech Trading shall at its option repair or replace the Product free of charge for labour and materials.

A Product covered by a direct warranty from the manufacturer or supplier is not covered by this guarantee. The Customer will receive a warranty direct from the manufacturer or supplier and should claim under this warranty.
The Customer should return the Product in its original packaging to I-Tech Trading at the address above. Prior authorisation must be obtained for any returns by contacting I-Tech Trading customer services and obtaining an RMA number, which must be quoted in any correspondence.
If any item is returned which is found not to be faulty by our technicians, then a charge will be made for return carriage insurance and administration.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights.The web site is provided conditioned on your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in these "standard terms of use." By choosing to use this site, you thereby agree to abide by all such terms and conditions.

Personal and non-commercial use limitation
This site is for your personal and non-commercial use and is designed solely for the purpose of providing access to i-Tech Trading information, goods and services. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this website, unless the I-Tech Trading owners grants you specific permission in writing.

The posting of e-mail addresses on the i-Tech Trading website is not to be construed as, and does not constitute, consent to use of them by any seller of services, any compiler of mailing lists, or any other non-authorized use without prior written approval by the i-Tech Trading owners.
